Peach & Banana Puree (6+ months)

Tags:

Summer in a bowl. That’s what this peach and banana puree is. Perfectly ripe peaches paired with creamy banana deliciousness–it’s pure sunshine.
Now, you can absolutely use frozen peaches, but in my experience they’re never as yummy. This is a puree that needs to be kept “seasonal” so try to wait to make this one until you can get your hands on perfectly ripe peaches in peak season.

NOTE: Peeling a peach can be quite frustrating. I’ve learned that if you put your fresh peaches in boiling water for about 40-50 seconds, they’re so much easier to peel.

Enjoy!

PEACH & BANANA PUREE (6+ months)

  • 5 cups peaches, peeled and slices (about 4-5 peaches)
  • 1-2 bananas, peeled and sliced

Combine all in your food processor until smooth. Add breastmilk, formula, or water a couple tablespoons at a time until desired consistency is reached.
